Delete a GrandMarket Tenant Admin app account
This page gives GrandMarket Tenant Admin mobile app users a web path to request deletion of their app account and associated app data.
1. Request deletion in the mobile app
Open the GrandMarket Tenant Admin app, sign in, go to More, then choose Request account deletion. The app records the request against your signed-in account so our team can verify and process it.
2. Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@geministore.co.ke with the subject GrandMarket Tenant Admin Account Deletion Request. Include the tenant key or store name, admin email, WhatsApp number, and enough detail for us to verify that you control the account.
3. What we delete
After verification, we will delete or disable the app account credentials, profile data, sessions, and app account data associated with the requesting user where deletion is legally and technically possible. If the verified tenant owner requests full store closure, we may also process tenant-level closure according to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
4. Data we may retain
Some data may be retained, restricted, or anonymized where needed for orders, payment reconciliation, refunds, tax, accounting, chargebacks, fraud prevention, security logs, legal claims, regulator requests, backups, or other compliance obligations. We do not use retained deletion-request data for marketing.
5. Timing and confirmation
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonably quick period after identity verification. Some records may take longer to remove from backups or third-party processors. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful retention that prevents full deletion.
