Yes — within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can modify quantities, delivery address, or cancel it entirely from your Orders page. After 30 minutes, the order may already be in processing. Contact our support team immediately and we'll do our best to help.

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and click on the order you want to track. You'll see real-time status updates. You'll also receive SMS notifications at each stage: confirmed, packed, out for delivery, and delivered.

For Nairobi CBD and most Nairobi suburbs, we offer same-day delivery if you order before 2PM, and next-day delivery for orders placed after 2PM. Express delivery (same-day, guaranteed) costs KES 350. Standard delivery is free on orders over KES 2,000.

Yes! We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Delivery to major towns like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret takes 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 5 business days. Shipping fees vary by county and are shown at checkout.

Our rider will call your phone number before arriving. If you're unavailable, they'll attempt redelivery the next business day. After 2 failed attempts, the item is returned to our warehouse and you can arrange a new delivery or collect from our Nairobi store.

We accept M-Pesa (via STK push to your Safaricom number), Visa, Mastercard, Airtel Money, and PayPal. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to KES 50,000 within Nairobi. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Payment confirmation can take up to 5 minutes. Refresh your Orders page and wait a few minutes. If the issue persists after 10 minutes, check your M-Pesa message to confirm the payment went through, then contact our support with your M-Pesa transaction code.

Go to My Orders, select the order, click "Return Item", and choose your reason. We'll arrange a free collection from your address (Nairobi) or provide a courier drop-off point near you. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. M-Pesa refunds typically appear within 1 business day. Card refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
