Orders

Track your order in real-time from the My Orders page using your order number.
You can modify or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — use our returns process instead.
You'll receive SMS and email updates at each stage of your order.

Delivery

Nairobi CBD & environs: Same-day or next-day delivery when you order before 2PM.
Other Nairobi areas: 1–2 business days.
Other counties: 2–5 business days depending on location.
Free delivery on all orders over KES 2,000. Below that, a flat fee of KES 200 applies.
Our riders will call before arrival — ensure your phone is reachable.

Payments

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Airtel Money, and PayPal.
M-Pesa STK push is sent instantly after checkout — check your phone and enter your PIN.
All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
You'll receive a payment confirmation via SMS and email.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in original condition.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Free collection for returns anywhere in Nairobi. A small fee applies outside Nairobi.
Electronics must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.
